What was the best compliment you’ve received?
The best compliment I’ve received is from my kids, who lovingly refer to me as the “Best Dad.” This title feels like wearing a crown made of their laughter, a testament to the love we share. Being a father is much like being a lighthouse in the stormy sea of life; I strive to guide my children through challenges and uncertainties.
My presence is intended to be a safe harbor where they can seek comfort and strength. In their eyes, I witness the reflection of their dreams and aspirations, and it fills my heart with immense pride.
While I aim to instill in them confidence, resilience, faith, love, hope, and kindness, so they can navigate their own waters when the time comes.
Each hug and each “ I love you Daddy” is a reminder that my efforts to be their anchor and their compass truly matter. In their hearts, I hope I am forever etched as the Best Dad.
