Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?
As I navigate the ocean I existence, I often find myself adrift between two shores: the past and the future. The past is like a vast, serene sea, where memories ripple gently like the waves upon the shore. I often return to these shores, collecting seashells of nostalgia-moments and lessons I cherish. Each shell represents an experience, shaping who I am today. I reflect on the calm waters of yesteryears, where I can sift through treasured memories and learn from the storms I weathered.
Conversely, the future beckons like a distant horizon, a wild and untamed sea full of possibilities. The waves crash with excitement, promising adventure and uncertainty. My thoughts often sail towards this horizon, propelled by hope and dreams. In that horizon lies the uncharted territory-new experiences waiting to be explored, filled with potential and risks alike. It is here that I find both fear and exhilaration navigating through unknown waters fueled by aspirations.
In truth, I spend a delicate balance of time on both shores-gathering strength from the past while setting my sights on the endless possibilities that lie ahead. The dance between the two reminds me that I am both a keeper of memories and a seeker of dreams, forever navigating the tides of time.
